Turkey’s first neuropsychologist, 81-year-old Prof Dr Öget Öktem Tanör, who was dismissed under a decree with the force of law, says that she wondered if she would be dismissed under a decree with the force of law after having signed the peace declaration, but found the idea to be ludicrous.
