List of directives has emerged

Contained in the document sent by the Interior Ministry to the Parliamentary Coup Investigation Commission were the martial law directives that the Peace at Home Council would have implemented had the coup succeeded.
Among the directives on the list are those annulling parliament, closing political parties, introducing a ban on demonstrations, barring departure from the country and bringing the police under military orders. The coupists had also nominated their own provincial governors and mayors.
