INTERIOR MINISTRY CIRCULAR

Minister of the Interior, Süleyman Soylu, saying that terrorist attacks must be prevented, has said in a circular he has issued, ‘When the character of the new generation’s problems is examined, they cannot be solved purely through measures to be taken by public agencies.’
Soylu has announced that, in place of measures, they have set up coordination centres and every citizen will be provided with the services of  ‘psychologists, health workers, religious functionaries and ambulances’ in the event of terrorist attacks.
