No tipping of the scales

The overarching 15 July indictment has established that the coupists continued to advance following 17 December 2013, which the AKP regards as being the point the scales started to tip against FETO. Eighty percent of the staff who were promoted to brigadier general and rear admiral in 2014-2015 have been expelled on the grounds of FETO connections.
