MPs call for ‘plain speaking’

A group of German MPs is urging Merkel to take a strong stance with Erdoğan. With the MPs calling on Merkel to emphasise Turkey’s human rights breaches, the SDP’s Cansel Kızıltepe has warned, ‘Erdoğan must not be told “Things that he wants to hear”.’
