Assad advancing on Al-Bab

Regime forces loyal to Bashar Assad have also embarked on a campaign in the Al-Bab region, seen as being the final goal of the Euphrates Shield campaign Turkey is waging. Syrian regime forces are moving on from Aleppo in the direction of Al-Bab with air support from Russian planes and have captured four villages.
