An explosive device went off inside a traffic point near a courthouse in eastern Cairo, according to the source. The blast came shortly after two suicide bombers blew themselves up in South Sinai, killing one soldier and injured eight others. Egypt has been dogged by instability since the army unseated elected president Mohamed Morsi last July following massive protests against his one-year rule.
